Yes — SDCC is one of our highest-volume weeks of the year. For SDCC we recommend booking 8–12 weeks out: badged talent is in short supply, and the strongest character performers, lead-capture leads, and Hall H–capable hosts get spoken for early. Mid-summer rush bookings are possible at a 20% surcharge but talent depth is meaningfully thinner.
Do you handle San Diego Convention Center COIs and badging?+
Yes. Comprehensive GL with workers' comp and auto coverage — COI named to the SDCCC and your show contractor as fast as the underwriter allows. Our captains handle exhibitor badge pickup, freight coordination with the in-house contractor, and load-in/load-out timing.
Are your San Diego staff biotech / scientific-event friendly?+
Yes. We carry a sub-roster of staff with science backgrounds (BS / MS in life sciences, biotech industry experience) for ASCO satellite events, J.P. Morgan biotech week spillover dinners, AACR adjacents, and Sorrento Valley corporate launches. They can speak to the brand without coaching and capture leads with technical fluency.
