For major conventions we typically have rosters pre-warmed for shows on the calendar (CES, NRF, HIMSS, SHRM, Dreamforce, Money 20/20, etc.), which shortens lead time further. Tell us the show, dates, daily shift count, and dress code and we'll come back with a slate the same day in most cases.
Do you handle COIs for convention center venues?+
Yes. We carry comprehensive general liability, workers' comp, and auto coverage, and we issue COIs same-day naming the convention center, show organizer, and your company as additional insureds. Most major convention centers' standard requirements are already on file. Send the venue COI template and we'll match it without back-and-forth.
