Event staffing & team building
in Miami.
Miami is the most active year-round brand market in the southeast — and the calendar peaks hard. Art Basel takes Miami Beach for a week in December, Miami Music Week swallows Wynwood in March, eMerge Americas runs the Convention Center in spring, and Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix runs Hard Rock Stadium in May. We staff brand activations across Brickell's financial district, fashion launches in the Design District, hospitality openings on Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive, and Wynwood pop-ups during art week. Our Miami roster is ~75% bilingual EN/ES with a meaningful Portuguese-speaking pool — non-negotiable for Brazilian-skewing brand work and the Latin American buyer audience that flows through this city.

Questions buyers ask us about Miami.
Can you staff Art Basel and Miami Music Week?+
Yes — both are core Miami specialties. For Art Basel (early December) we recommend booking 8–10 weeks out; the strongest hosts and bilingual ES/PT brand ambassadors are spoken for early. Miami Music Week (mid-March) and F1 Miami (early May) are similarly tight — book 6+ weeks out for guaranteed coverage.
Do you handle Miami Beach Convention Center COIs?+
Yes — comprehensive general liability with workers' comp and auto. COI named to MBCC and your show contractor as fast as the underwriter allows. We also handle Kaseya Center, loanDepot Park, Hard Rock Stadium, and Faena Forum.
Are your Miami staff bilingual ES and PT?+
Yes. About 75% of our Miami roster is bilingual EN/ES — the audience reality of Miami-Dade — and we maintain a Portuguese-speaking sub-pool for Brazilian-skewing activations (frequent in Brickell finance, art week, and luxury retail in the Design District).
How do you handle hurricane season activations?+
Hurricane season runs June 1 – November 30. For events in that window we include weather-contingency language in the booking agreement: rebooking without penalty for named-storm warnings inside 72 hours of event start, and a defined post-storm callback playbook for staff safety. Captains pre-brief on storm-day evacuation routes for outdoor venues.
Do you cover Miami Beach, the Design District, and Wynwood from the same dispatch?+
Yes — same roster covers Miami Beach, Wynwood, Design District, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Aventura, Doral, and Hialeah. Single-captain across Miami-Dade without multi-market surcharge. Fort Lauderdale / Broward is dispatched separately but same ops team.
