What we look for
Reliability. Show up early, in dress code, ready to work. The most important quality.
Polish. Hospitality bearing, customer service skills, and the ability to engage strangers warmly.
Performance background helpful. Acting, hosting, dancing, music — any background where you've performed in front of people gives you an edge.
Bilingual is a plus. Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, ASL — bilingual staff get more bookings at higher rates.
Standard wardrobe required. Black & white outfit (black pants, white button-up, black shoes). Most clients use this; some provide branded uniforms.
