What is a multi-character package?+
Coordinated lineups of 3-10 characters deployed together for theme-park-adjacent events, family days, brand activations with kid-facing components, and grand openings. Includes backstage handlers, photo line management, costume maintenance, and a captain who coordinates the full character team across the activation. Showcraft is the only nationwide team that can deploy this scale of character lineup.
How many characters do I need for a family day or activation?+
For a 300-person family day, 4-6 characters with backstage handlers works well — enough variety to keep kids engaged, manageable enough to keep photo lines moving. For 1,000+ guests we'll deploy 8-10 characters with a tiered photo flow. Send your headcount, footprint, and run-of-show and we'll size the lineup.
Do you handle backstage logistics for multi-character deployments?+
Yes. Each character gets a backstage handler responsible for costume management, breaks, hydration, and photo-line coordination. The captain runs the full character team against your run-of-show. We bring our own backstage setup (changing tents, costume racks, cooling fans) when the venue doesn't have appropriate green-room space.
Can the lineup include both licensed lookalikes and custom characters?+
Yes. We routinely mix licensed-adjacent princess and superhero characters with your brand mascot or custom characters in a single deployment. For activations that lean heavily on licensed properties we'll advise on usage guidelines during brief. Lineups are finalized before deposit so there's no costume surprise day-of.
