Every event is different — different roles, different hours, different deliverables. Instead of publishing rate sheets that go stale, we send a tailored proposal within 24 hours of every inquiry. No phone tag, no surprise fees.

Talent costs
All staff fully W-2. Hourly rates by role and tier — included in every line.
Captain on-site
Mandatory for events with 6+ staff. Senior leads who own the day. No extra fee.
Insurance & COI
Comprehensive GL + workers' comp + auto. Certificate of Insurance issued for your venue and additional insureds.
Coordination
Briefing, scheduling, day-of comms, and post-event report. Built into the quote.
Wardrobe
Standard B&W on us. Custom client-branded apparel handled at cost if you need it.
Travel
Within our service area, no fee. Beyond, billed at IRS mileage rate.
HOW IT WORKS

From inquiry to invoice.

    Tell us about your event
    Submit an inquiry with the basics: date, location, role mix, any brand requirements. Two minutes.
  2. 02
    We send a tailored proposal
    Within 24 hours. Line-item rates, total estimated cost, what's included, payment terms.
  3. 03
    Approve and lock the date
    50% deposit for new clients. Service agreement signed and Certificate of Insurance issued for your venue and additional insureds.
  4. 04
    Talent booked, briefed, deployed
    We staff, the captain runs the day, photos and report come in the morning after.
  5. 05
    Final invoice, net-30
    Balance billed after the event. Net-30 for established clients. ACH via Stripe.

About pricing specifically.

Why don't you publish rates?+

Rates change by role, tier, hours, day of week, and lead time. Publishing static rate sheets misleads more often than it helps. We'd rather send you the right number once.

Are there minimums?+

Every event has a 5-hour shift minimum per staff member (industry standard) and a $1,500 event minimum.

What about last-minute requests?+

Bookings under 72 hours come with a rush surcharge. Same-day bookings come with a higher one. Both included in your proposal — no surprises.

How do payments work?+

50% deposit at booking for new clients. Net-30 on the balance. Established clients move to net-30 on full. ACH via Stripe.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Cancellation fees scale by lead time. Full policy in the service agreement we send with every proposal.
