How we count.
Roster. We count an active performer on roster when they have completed onboarding, passed a background check where required, signed the W-2 employment paperwork, and worked at least one event in the trailing twelve months. Inactive talent (over twelve months without a booking) is filtered out of the published count.
Acceptance rate. Applicants who reach the audition stage divided by applicants accepted to the roster. We do not include applicants screened out at the initial form (incomplete applications, geographic non-matches, etc.) in the denominator — that would artificially inflate the acceptance rate.
Quote turnaround. Median response time from inbound RFP submission to a written proposal landing in the buyer's inbox. Measured across the trailing ninety days. Excludes weekends and holidays. Includes complete proposals only — auto-acknowledgments don't count.
Cities served. A city is counted when we have dispatched staff to at least one event there in the trailing twelve months. Cities are tiered (tier-1 anchor metros, tier-2 metro cities, tier-3 satellite cities) based on event volume and content depth.
W-2 share. 100%. There is no W-2 share calculation — Showcraft does not employ 1099 contractors. If any vendor on our roster has ever been paid as a 1099, that arrangement predates the launch of Showcraft as an entity in 2026.
